Believing is seeing, mostly because people see what they want to see and what they believe it's true.

Seeing is believeing, because in order to believe something wouldn't you have to see it first?

Believing is seeing. Believing implies at least part of the experience is based on faith. There are many times that until you surrender or suspend your reason you remain blind, deaf and without understanding.
If you see first then there is no faith therefore there is no need for belief.
