I am a makeup artist and this is what i think:
Choose a pencil and powder in the correct shade. Women with fair complexions should use a blonde shade, those with olive tones should go tawny or brown, and those with with African-American skin should use gray.
* Brush brows downward with a dry, mascara-like wand. To define the arch, use the pencil to draw a line along the upper edge of the brow. Comb the brows upward and outward.
* For added fullness, dust eye shadow into the hairs of the brow with a stiff, slanted brush. Dip the brush into a tiny amount of powder and use short, gentle strokes while applying.
* If brows have been severely overtweezed, brush the hairs in the direction of the growth, and fill in any visible patches with powder. Avoid adding to the top or bottom of the brows.
* Comb a clear brow gel up through the brows to set hairs in place.

I love this thing from clinique. I have very light eyebrows and this is great. The little brush that comes with it makes it very easy to use. It lasts a long time. It looks natural. It is a powder and you do not even feel it on and it does not smudge. All you need in one little box. It is totally clean nothng wet or waxy.
It is called the clinique brow shaper

This might be hard to do but, you shouldn't get you eyebrow arched for a while to let them grow in, then you should get an eye brow filler lots of cosmetic companies sell them

Use a eyebrow pencil to outline, then use a brush for color, stay close to your own color for the best results. You can also cut down an old mascara brush and use it as a filler.

Use a liner lighter than the color of your hair then brush some powder over it thats darker. Or try asking a make up person at your favorite make up store. Hope this helps.

You can buy a brow brush and get some eyebrow powder and buy dabbing in or buy sweeping in the areas you need and it will look great

I use a fine eyeshadow brush and use a brownish eye shadow and bush it on lightly. It looks a lot better than sticky eye pencil. It is much more natural looking.

my eyebrows are naturally thick and full, even slightly bushy at times... so i don't really know but maybe you can use a good pencil and draw them in a little, not a lot...

Try brushing them with a little powder. A powder color that resembles your eyebrow color.
