As for you:
Beef up your beefy-ness. In other words, do a few arm curls, sit ups, whatever-and even if you're not that big, fake it with a slightly tight t-shirt that makes your shoulders look broad. Show off your manly-ness. Many women get excited by muscles-we aren't built to have them like you guys are and they can be quite intriguing! Lets say you have a narrower frame. No worries, make up for it in other ways-the key is to wear clothes that flatter your body type and emphasis your strongest assets-you know what i'm talking about, crotch and butt. Show us the top band of your boxers-it'll get us thinking about what the rest of it looks like. (Don't wear your pants hanging off your butt, then you'll just look like a slob) However, this being said, don't get a big head-be humble and polite and treat your lady like a lady and she-and all her friends-will go crazy for you-trust me, i've seen it and experienced it myself. You do it right, and you'll be in high demand.
In addition to what I said above, do extra special things for her that she isn't expecting (this doesn't neccessarily require wads of cash-things like cooking a meal, or doing something for her that she doesn't like to do-like taking out the trash or hell, scooping the cat litter-sounds strange, I know, but if I saw my boyfriend doing a little of the dirty work I dread doing, i'd have him in bed as soon as he finished washing his hands!!)
As for her: caress her shoulders with your finger tips, compliment her, and, I know this is difficult, but try really hard just to listen to her and you'll be surprised at where it takes you
