I bet there is a small hole with the text "reset" somewhere on the box. Use a pen or something and reset it for a coupleof seconds. Then the password usually is admin, and userid admin..

You may need to call Nortel and ask them to send you this information. I found the following by searching the Nortel website, but they protect the information from anyone but employees and "authorized users":
