At age 58 yes I think I would. These not to say I'm unhappy, but given the chance to explore outer space would be a fulfillment of a boyhood dream of mine. Though I might never physical see my friends and family again, memories of them will always be right in front of me. My faith in Christ and the realization that some day I will meet with them in heaven will help.

At age fifty 8 convinced i imagine i'd. those now to not say i'm unhappy, yet given the prospect to stumble on outer area should be a success of a boyhood dream of mine. although i'd not in any respect actual see my friends and relations again, memories of them will continuously be excellent in the front of me. My faith in Christ and the idea that some day i will meet with them in heaven can assist.

I don't have any friends and the only family I have is one brother, so your question, though interesting, is kind of irrelevant to me.
Most people in the world are too weak to survive without friends or family, so I think the answer is NO for the majority.
