Nope. Those don't travel through space nearly as well as radio waves. Consider that in polygraphs, EEGs, biofeedback devices, and other means of sensing brain waves, there are always wires or electrodes connected directly to the subject -- not antenna collecting data from the air.

Even if they emmit they wont travel for light years. So its wate of time.
