When using my Palm Piolt I was able to view and enter info on my desktop and have it sync with my Palm after the info was entered. I would like to do the same with my Pocket PC.

Yes... you have to download Active Sync from Microsoft. The CD should of come with the Ipaq but if in the case that it didn't you can the most updated version from Microsoft. You'll also need Outlook, not Outlook Express. All you emails, contacts, tasks, and calendar events can be typed into Outlook and then sync'd with your Pocket PC. Documents can be dragged from one file folder and into you Pocket PC's file explorer. MP3's and videos need to be sync'd with Windows Media Player. All this info should be in the user manual of the Ipaq.

What you are looking for is laplink controller...Not a free program (try for 7 days), but worth it....
