The minimum price is free. Most people who gets diamonds do not pay for them -- they are given as a gift.

Most expensive -- there are some that are close to priceless. The Hope Diamond would probably cost millions -- if you could even buy it. See the link below.

Depends on the 3 C's. Cut, Clarity, and Carrot weight.

There are small, cloudy, lumps of diamond that are practically worthless and there are large, flawless gems that are priceless.
