It depends on how honest you are. If you are a hardworking, it doesn't matter if the boss is there or not, But if you are doing something which is not acceptable then it makes A HUGE DIFFERENCE ! ! !

Things are definately more laid back when the boss is no around. Some work may get done, but not as much if she was present. May take a few extra minutes for lunch and leave a few minutes earlier at the end of the day too. Aw, that's so bad, but true!!!!!!

Absolutely. I am firmly convinced that bosses only believe in what they see. If they see you at work, they think you're working. If they are not there to see you work, there is no point in working because they won't give you credit for it.

When he isnt here I am on Yahoo Answers and surfing e-bay. But when he is here i am paying invoices for the company. LOL!

definitely, we are all more relaxed when 'Hitler's sister' is not in, which isn't very often, unfortunatetly!
