If you don't have word you can download OpenOffice.org from http://www.openoffice.org/. This is an entire productivity suite including a word processor (that can handle labels), a spread sheet program, and presentation software, all for free.

1. Go to word.
2. Click on label/envelope icon.
3. Choose "label"
4. Choose the size or label # (which should be on label package)
5. Type what you want your label to read.
6. Designate either a full page of all the same label
7. Or one only, and designate the location(row # and column #)

You can print almost any size label by purchasing the blanks from any Office supply retailer ie;Staples etc.
The labels made by Avery come with the free software to print all of their products on any inkjet printer and it's free with the product.

Microsoft Word can do this. It has a template for labels.
