Because CNN reserves the name President for Clinton's name. Bush is all they want to say. or Mr. Bush.
I do get irritated over the disrespect a president in office receives from the media.

I think that some refer to him as Bush to show the fact that they don't like him. While, yes, Bush is his name he should be referred to as President Bush out of respect. Do you get where I am going with this?
