Use baby oil after a shower. Sounds a bit weird but don't dry of, use the oil instead. Actually works.

I had that problem a while ago! My advice would be to use tea tree oil face wash every morning. If you fill the sink with warm water and add one to two drops of the facial wash and swoosh it around to create a lather. Then use some cotton wool pads to wash your face with the lather and hot water for a couple of minutes. When you are done splash your face with cold water or use another cotton bud pad to close your pores. When you are done use alot of moisturiser, i use aveno moisturiser, it keeps my skin moisturised all day! your face will look quite shiny but if you just dab it with a towel it will be fine within 5 minutes. Before you go to bed i would apply some sudocrem to any spots and they will be gone as quick as lightning! I hope this helps!

drink alot of water and try a cream like cetaphil. it is a very good moisturizer you can buy just about anywhere (walmart, walgreens, etc), costs a bit of money, but works well. i have eczema and when i have an outbreak, i get very dry itchy skin. putting on cetaphil during the day (i keep a bottle in the kitchen and a bottle in my bedroom and put some on everytime i pass the bottle) keeps my outbreaks at bay. this was suggested by a dermatologist.

Honey is great to slather on your face and body. Leave it on for about 15 minutes and rinse off with warm water. Any type of honey works well.

It's not only moisturizing, but is natually anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-viral. So use it on cuts and stuff, too. But be careful with it around babies - they shouldn't eat any of it.

Drink plenty of water, and also vitamin E is really good for dry skin, too. You can take supplemental pills, or just rub the oil directly onto the dry spots.

Don't forget to get the water in your house tested for mineral deposits, you can take a sample to sears and they will test it. Perhaps you water is to hard in your house and you need a softner.
