do crunches, sit ups everyday. it helps to do a cardio workout before. you should try to put a little weight on, or you will not have anything to turn into muscle. i know that some people could be underweight and still healthy just because they are built like that, but just make sure to eat three meals a day and, although cutting out carbs like that one person said does make you loose weight, you dont need that. just make sure to eat balanced meals, with all food groups, and you'll look perfect.

It takes a long time and a lot of work to get six pack abs, so no, you can't get them in 3 weeks...

Eliminate junk food, pasta, rice, potato, bread, or anything that contains flour from your diet. You could see substantial difference in your abs within 3 weeks.

go get the ab ball from target, its the best, i have lost 7 inches in my waist since oct......it kinda looks like a bowling ball, they have a 5lb or 8lb...get the 8 lb one
