I have my drivers permit and i was wondering those it count as an id?

im from texas, and it doesnt have a picture, its just a drivers permit

if your picture is on it YES! ,no picture nada ID .

Most permits don't have pictures. If it does and shows your age and all, it should be but it differs from state to state. It also depends on where you are using it for an id. Good luck!!

In most states because you have to produce a birth certificate it is considered valid ID. However not all states have the same rules. Check with your local DMV

I'm in another State but, I imagine the laws are similar. Here, in CA we need a picture I.D. - you can get one from DMV, here - which serves as an 'official' I.D.
