I have never met anyone that plucks ALL their eyebrows. And I do not know too many people that use a eyebrow pencil.
But in this case, maybe the women you know just cannot draw?

I have a scar on my brow line which makes it difficult for hair to grow there and my eyebrows bleach in the sun. I do not use a pencil but use a brush and powder instead. I also know some women have brows that do not grow in the same shape. I know that when my mom was young it was all the rage to have thin brows and now they don't grow in enough so she had them tattooed.

I know so women who can't grow hair on their eyebrows and so their only choice is to use a pencil. The women I know make it look natural and the brow is very subtle.

Well usually girls pluck their eyebrows and then use a eyebrow pencil to make them darker and fuller. Not "bigger" or "bushier", just fuller.

My friends mom plucked all her eyebrows and then tatood some fake ones on lol. That's ridiculous if you ask me.

cuz they're too dumb to go to a professional and get it done for them! and them lines be all extra dark and woo i seen this gurl at camp wit it! no offense but wen it raind, u saw blotches in the line! lol wear tape over the line or sumthin lol! ok brittany's mean streak is ova!
