i'm reffering to the PC version of GTA SAN ANDREAS

It's easy:
Go to MY DOCUMENTS then GTA SAN ANDREAS USER FILES
go to USER TRACKS & copy only MP3 format songs there (that's for listening them in vhicles.), if you wanna hear your songs during the game for example in your WARDROBE, create shortcuts of your songs in USER TRACKS. Then launch the game & in options scan your songs & put the playing mode in
RADIO (it's better I think.)

there is a folder in the gta installation folder where u can copy the mp3s u want to listen to...the next time u run the game, go to options-sounds and refresh the mp3 player from the menu

Well, here's a simple way to play your songs. When your in the car, press Alt-tab and turn on Windows Media Player. Then click the songs you want and go back to your game. You have music on and the radio is off!
