maybe you don't look people in the eye often enough. many people, especially women, have beautiful eyes. See them sparkle. Maybe they're blue with gray or an unusual green, or hazelnut brown. Eyes are very interesting. They are after all a window to the soul. You can tell a lot about someone just by their eyes. The beautiful eyes are the ones that you just want to keep looking at.

It's the color and the shape and the way they light up. I love blue and green eyes. They're so beautiful.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. It just if someone is into eyes then they can find some beauty in it. Others are into the body, etc.
