We have kids aged 10 and 5 and will stay in (hot) Saigon for six days this July. Please help me with top 4-5 things to do or places to take them to. Thanks!

there is an "amusment park" about 20mins outside town[ any driver will know it] called "suoi thien"[ fairy stream]. its not disneyland but its ok for kids... the zoo stinks, they wont like the market.... there is another park right in the city but it has less to do for kids than suoi thien..mostly got flowers and statues and ponds...[dam sen] ..is that 5 yet ... heck sai gon aint for kids , not my fault.. get them some viet namese playmates they'll have a ball.. after all you know its not what you do or where you go , but who you meet that makes a vacation special... ask at your hotel desk.. oh waite ..there is a water park on the way to "suoi thien" i saw large bill boards , you wont miss it , ask at the airport info desk when you arrive.

water parks, bowling alleys, skating rings, amusement parks with rides, riding cyclos, fishings at ponds, visiting buddist temples, eating sweets in the markets, shoppings for cheap toys and etc..
