Yes, I do. They are still helping to serve you. Maybe not 20% but something to say thanks!

I always tip at every restaurant. It doesn't matter if it is buffet or a regular restaurant. I leave at least $5. at a buffet, and at least $10 at a regular restaurant.

I used to be a waitress when I was in college and I feel that if someone is making sure that you have enough to drink and clean plates and anything else you need they should be paid for their efforts. Besides, tipping is the way you say thank you to your waiter or waitress.

When there is a buffet most customers don't tip. I know I was a waitress once. If they do tip it was like a dollar which I always said was a thank you for clearing the table.

Sure you are!!!

They have to keep clearing plates and filling your drinks. They're still making the same 2.50/hr. I usually tip them more to make up for people who don't tip them.

Yes, tip tip tip. Those people work for peanuts! Now, if they give you poor service, that's one thing... but generally they work harder at the buffet, especially if people make several trips.

Yes since they are in a sense, serving and they don't get paid much. I'd welcome a tip if I were doing that job. Tip at least $2 or $3 if a couple is dining. Over a few hours of their shift, that really adds up! :)

I always do, and I try to hand it to the one who picks up those dishes as they are the one's doing all the running for you. Alot of people don't realize that the are paid a lower salary just because of tips.
