Ja, when those parents have been married, why divorce and create new problems! It has happening in my own family!

Divorce is not a solution to misunderstandings and the children are the ones who suffer especially emotinally!!!

The non-paying parent should pay for transportation and, better yet, pick up the child. Actually, if the parent isn't paying, you don't have to release your child to them (unless the child wants it). But see your lawyer about it.

Why do they even have visitation rights? Child support isn't optional, it's mandatory.

I wouldn't trust them for transportation if they can't even pay for support.
