Purported cures include:
Re-education by specially-trained Homeland Smiletime Operatives.
Reaching the age of 24 or more, but not always. Sometimes the disease can take such a hold that it lasts into their 40's or even until death.
Getting a job and paying taxes; in particular, repetetive manual work can often dull the Liberal's critical thinking faculties, making them more compliant.
Getting mugged.
Continuous therapy through exposure to Faux News.
The GOP, transmitted directly into the brain via radio waves.
Tax reform, carried out by the Ayn Rand Center for Social Harmony.
Nervous breakdown, assisted by Federal officers.
New medical procedures which can remove their heads from their asses
Detoxification may help to remove traces of neophilia-inducing psychoactives, including AUM and PARABOL.
The only certain cure is a 30-ought-6 rifle slug through the cerebral cortex. This cause the liberal to stop thinking (if they were in the first place, which is doubtfull

There is no cure for this mental disorder expect possibly them being drafted in the US Army where the spoiled brat liberals can be broken and learn a bit of responsibility
16 ways of a liberal
16. Your political theories sound exactly the same whether you're drunk or sober.
15. You're qualified to judge GWB the worst president in history even though the only other two presidents you can name are "Bill Clinton" and "Abraham Washington."
14. It makes perfect sense to you when you demand a conservative speaker be silenced because you consider him "intolerant."
13. You can openly regard blacks as helpless children unable to care for themselves and it's not considered racism.
12. Personal hygiene - Who needs it?
11. You can keep fantasizing that the Jeff Gannon non-story will finally gain some traction even though everyone with any brains gave up on it in March.
10. You can second guess conservative leaders for hours without having to worry about anyone second guessing liberal leaders. After all, nobody can second guess what doesn't exist.
9. It's easy to make time to go to anti-war protests when you rely on a welfare check instead of a paycheck.
8. When you post idiotic opinion, unsupported conjecture, or paranoid delusions on Yahoo, you just have to type "FACT!!!" at the end and your post magically becomes true.
7. You see no contradiction in hating Bill Gates who became a billionaire by selling a product that people want, and admiring George Soros who became a billionaire by weakening national economies and driving others into poverty.
6. You know deep in your heart of hearts that if the cat gets stuck in a tree, it really *is* the President's responsibility to get it out.
5. In the debate of religion vs. science, you can swear you have complete faith in science even though you never made better than a C- in elementary school science and couldn't even give the boiling point of water if your life depended on it.
4. Your most difficult philosophical question regards exactly what is meant by the word "is."
3. If your wife presents a threat to your lifestyle, you can openly cheat on her and none of your friends will be mad at you, provided you're President of the United States.
2. If a pregnancy presents a threat to your lifestyle, you can flush it and none of your friends will be mad at you.
1. If a girlfriend presents a threat to your lifestyle, you can drown her and none of your friends will be mad at you.

Although I think this "question" was poorly presented, I agree with the basic concept that liberalism is a mental disorder. And and one note to the voiceofreason guy: Stating that the argument between liberalism and conservatism is what makes one great is merely absurd to say the least. It shows the ignorance of the speaker built into the statement itself, plain as day. He claims that this struggle between two opposing ideologies is constructive. This indicates that truth is in the middle. Basically that people to the left are just as wrong as those to the right, and that truth can only be found in the middle. If this is true, then liberalism and conservatism should be eradicated even still, as the only truth is middle-of-the-road moderates. And since when did warfare ever build anything? If America would wake up to the truth of conservative principles (and I didn't say Republican principles), we could move ahead far more and faster than the rate of devolution we see today. We need to educate the public on the dangers of weak-on-defense, weak-on-morals, and weak-on-small-government liberalism. Only then can we reach this balance of which Mr. reason speaks. Again I reiterate, the center of truth is Jeffersonian/Reaganite conservatism. And the liberals are that much further from the truth.

as i often suspected violence does rot the brain .YOUR solution ,the 30-06 you mentioned ,is it close by you now.I was wondering if we could do something with it together. GO to your kitchen and get out a bag of sugar and head to the bath room .NOW fill the tub up with water .I WANT you to fill the barrel with the sugar pack it in good and tight use your barrel cleaning rod to do this .
Plug the end with some soap .HOLD THE RIFEL by the stock grip upside down in the bottom of the tub , lay ooon the floor outside the tubwith your arm over the edge and hand on the gun uppside down in the water .PULL the trigger please.
this i hope does not injure you but will infact destroy your gun .DO not attempt to repair the damage as this will only lead to more violence and the world has enough of people like you running around already .CONSIDER becoming more peacefull spend your free time reading to the elderly at a nursing home or feeding some ducks in a park but what ever you do for a time stay away from childdren as the infection you have is easily passed along to them .please cconsider accepting peace and love instead of violence and hate.

The cure for liberalism would be the toughest on conservatives. Let the liberals have their way for 3 decades in every branch of government. Do not oppose any of their policies in any way. The resulting society would prove the idiocy of their policies. If, by some miracle, we still remained free from foreign hordes, I believe we could clean up the mess. It may take 100 years to do away with the habits of irresponsibility that they will have instilled in people, but I am an optimist and know it could be done.

Why would you want to cure the greatest thing the world has ever kniown? Liberals are responsible for the United States. The conservatives in 1776 were known as Tories. All of the rights and freedoms that we enjoy are due to liberal thinking. It is so incredibly sad that there are so many wrong thinking misinformed and delusional people such as yourself out there. If your IQ consisted of more than two digits you would see the error of your ways.

That is funny on several levels and sad on many more. I am probably one of the only liberals who is for guns, against terrorist, and has been working since that age of 15. Maybe you should think about who you are really mad at and write them a very snide letter. It will make you feel better. My husband says if I don't quit telling GW how to do his freaking job I will have feds on my @$$ anyway. Good luck with your conservative plans to take over the world. I hope the latter cure takes me before it happens because an entire world run by capitalist butt heads is not one I would find amusing.

I think the following
words of will smith
is a step in the right direction.
Now this is the story all about how,
My life got flipped, turned upside down,
And I'd like to take a minute, just sit right there,
I'll tell you how I became the prince of a town called Bel Air.
In West Philadelphia I was born and raised
On the playground is where I spent most of my days.
Chillin' out, maxin', relaxin all cool,
And all shootin' some b-ball outside of the school.
When a couple of guys who were up to no good,
Started makin' trouble in my neighborhood.
I got in one little fight and my mom got scared,
And said "You're movin' with your auntie and uncle in bel Air."
I whistled for a cab, and when it came near,
The license plate said "fresh" and it had dice in the mirror.
If anything I could say that this cat was rare,
But I thought "Nah forget it, Yo home to Bel Air."
I pulled up to the house about seven or eight,
and I yelled to the cabby "Yo homes, smell ya later."
Looked at my kingdom, I was finally there,
To sit on my throne as the Prince of Bel Air.
Ask an a stupid question, waste peoples time get a stupid answer......

You can usually count on age and experience to cure liberalism. But it doesn’t work every time.
The best possible cure is to force liberals to live with the results of their ideas. Here’s a suggestion:
We start in San Francisco, which is a ‘sanctuary town’ for illegal aliens and the homeless. So we round up all the homeless and all the illegal aliens in the country and dump them on San Francisco city hall. Sit back, and enjoy the festivities.
Or find that Marxist professor who so happily pushes collectivist ideas onto his/her students. Take his/her paycheck away, and explain that you are using it to create more daycare buildings and health care clinics. Ah, the sweet sound of outraged whining!
Take all the terrorists in Club Gitmo and parole them to Peace Mother Sheehan’s personal custody. Watch as enlightenment shines in her eyes!

Let's try the first ones, then the last resort is violence.
Usually age 24 will awaken the brain. Taxes will help &
understanding you can not trust the liberal media's stories.

How about if we just continue to have democracy?
As conservatives, we should always trust in the will of the people expressed at the ballot box.
