Only if you let the goose get too close!

You get goosebumps when you're cold or scared, because your body tries to lift your hairs. If you were covered with hair, this would either make you warmer (because hair standing on end traps more air and keeps you warmer) or would make you look bigger and more fearsome to an enemy.

This only happens where you've got hair follicles - so it's obvious on your arms and legs (where you have hair, but it's quite thin), and you can feel it on your head, but can't see the goosebumps because your hair is thicker.

If you have hair on your face, you'll get goosebumps there - which is presumably why shaving in cold water is so unpleasant!

Not that I've had cause to shave, mind you...

not sure, but goosebumps form where hair follicles where found on our prehistoric ancestors, so as we have hair on our faces (some more than others) then you would expect goosebumps to be found.

I haven't as yet found any.
