I don't think it has to do with 9/11. I think the number 11 itself must be important, must mean something. I was hoping someone might know why.

I know that terrorist activities occur all the time. However, several have occured on the 11th, including today's horrible disaster in India. I was hoping that someone who knows the Koran would have some imput into the number 11?

Not all terrorists keep to that timetable.
The terrorists that struck the WTC in New York City with Boeing 747s had a message hidden in the timing of the strike: 9/11 means September 11th, 9th month of the year, 11th day. 9/11 can also be translated into an emergency phone number: 9-1-1.
And not ALL terrorists strike on the 11th day of odd numbered months:
The Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor, Hawaii on December 7th, 1941.
An evenly numbered month, December, (12), and the 7th day, or 12/7. Technically 12-7-1941.

Is there any coincidence in the fact that the terrorist attacks in India coincide with the number 7-11 which is a convenience store in the USA?

There are two opinions:
First maybe they strike at 9/11 because its like the 911 (police number)
Second maybe they strike at 11 because of how many suspects.

It's a myth. People who claim this are simply ignoring incidents that to not support their theory. Terrorists have been attacking their targets for hundreds of years, and their activities were not limited to some specific day of the month.

if u do know today's 11 and there have been 8 blasts in India's commercial capital, Mumbai.
All of those have been in western line local train and over 150 r dead

Yeah I've noticed that too. Maybe it has something to do with what they have planned. Maybe they randomly picked a day and then went with that.
