Find a hobby maybe. How about scrapbooking, reading, biking, swimming at a local pool, cooking ahead and freezing meals for ease and convenience (sounds like you're busy if you go to college and work), call some friends and go to a movie, if you have a dog..take it for a walk, or take some else's dog for a walk, play solitaire, find free forms online to create budgets or charts of any kind to organize your life (if it needs organizing, lol). As for learning to relax, hmmmm......I'm not real good at that. Haven't quite figured it out yet. It's a challenge but I bet it's worth it. Maybe I could relax at the spa getting a manicure, pedicure, and massage. Yeah, that's it, get a message. Take a bubble bath. Force yourself to relax once in a while and soon it'll get easier and easier. Good luck.

going on the internet is fun!
try Yahoo Answers.
I found www.stumbleupon.com very addictive and fun to browse through users pages -- you find stuff here that you can't find from search engines.
what kinds of things do you like to do? maybe you should try learning a musical instrument or a hobby like painting or writing. Find some friends to play games with or take up some sports...

Go to the park, go for a walk, go fishing, go golfing. Do something that is going to challenge you and tire you out at the same time. Then you can go home take a shower and rest peacefully for the rest of the night.
