Depends on what islands you are going to. I went to Oahu and Kauai. If you want to enjoy a romantic getaway, away from the crowds and hustle and bustle, go to Kauai. It's very laid back and has miles and miles of sandy beaches that usually have a few if any people on them. Poipu is a nice little resort area on the island but I would recommend going north to Hanalei. Nice golf courses and an awesome view of the bay with a mountain background. Take a day trip to see Waimea Canyon (Grand Canyon of the Pacific) and some of the many waterfalls on the island. And I believe that in February and March, you will still be able to see the humpbacks on the northern shore. We just missed them when we went in the spring. Enjoy your trip (can I ride along in your luggage?)

Take that Star of Honolulu cruise. Be sure to take the luxurious one, which costs about $229 per person (I checked the price two days after watching a program on food channel). They serve a 7-course meal on the boat and o'deurves prior to the cruise.
