Its free and its very easy to use. A lot of parents and internet cafes use this software to track and log all key entries. Parents do it to track their kids, internet cafes are required to have something like this.

Usually companies that have employees on the computer, they have a central server running something in the Microsoft Server Family. Microsoft Server tracks everything that an employee does on the Internet, including how much time a page was viewed and such as that. The books that come with these programs are like, 3 inches thick to learn how to use the operating system.

Their are many different ones on the market. There are hardware versions as well that cannot be detected on the host PC. Do a search for key stroke loggers on Google. Also your internet tracks can be recorded on a server or router as well, there is no hiding if someone really wants to watch.

There are many programs which can do this. They are called keyloggers. They can record everything done on a computer from sites visited to actual keystokes made on keyboard. In corporate enviroments there are also remote control programs which can allow your IT department to actually watch your screen in real time.
