Practice makes perfect. A smile is contagious!!!
When I quit smoking I took this aerobics class where we did a routine (choreographed) and then two minutes of jumping-jacks. I decided since I didn't fancy the jumping-jacks, I would "will" myself to like them by making a giant smile on my face (mirrors are everywhere in the room). Well, it worked, I now enjoy the jacks and I exercise my smile every time I do them. Plus, I'm noticing that the people around me doing the jacks are smiling too

When you say "wear a smile" do you mean, faking it or really smiling becasue you feel like it ?
I fake a smile to make others happy so they don't know that's something's bothering me until i want them to know.
I smile when someone does something for me, when i appreciate something, when something i've wanted happens, when i'm enjoying something, when something seems so ironic and weird and cool , when something's so boring i can't help but smile, when i feel happy with someone,when my heart flutters or jumps for joy or shows a happy emotion, when i realize something good, when something's funny, or when i make a fool of myself... e.t.c...

lindt lindor chocolate,running in waves,grilled hulimi ,tom kar gai soup,when you laugh for no reason and just can't stop,geeks,when some year 11 boys did the full monty at the variety show,little britian,my litle brother,dancing like you just don't care,looking beautiful,shopping,being happy,getting compliments,crete-venice-new york,watching other people laugh,money,nicki from big brother,will and grace,bitching about people-not all the time,when i have flawless skin,happy endings at movies,holidays,the last day of work before the holidays,piano,check up on it by beyonce,austin powers,filches run in harry potter 4,singing in the shower,listening to someone singing in the shower,drawing,my birthday,christmas,easter,spring,finally when my mum tells me she loves me and lots lots more...i'm a very happy person(most the time!)

Finding the peace within and sometimes you should just make yourself do it. I like when they said to stretch your face muscles every morning like rol yours eyes up down sideways, stretch your mouth big then side to side. Experience this sometime at sun up.
