I would wear kakki pants with a cute pair of boot's. Then Layer up the top with a colorful tank, white blouse, funky jewlery and then a black blazer on top. Make sure you swipe your hair up in a twist to top the look off.

I would consider that business casual...pants, blouse...as long as it is not too tight, too short, or too hoochie.

i wear sun dress that are white and wear a shirt over a really cute sweater snice its summer you want to sweater that wind can go threw....go to forver 21 and check them ok?
