Someone would ask such a silly question because they may have taken a test (possibly too early) and it came up negative, but there symptoms have not gone away, so then they think well maybe i can ask people who actually have had children and see what they say, just to make me feel better till it has been long enough and i can take another test. because not everyone can afford to run out to the doctor every time they have a problem. And not everyone has insurance due to many factors, like you just started a new job and the benefits don't start for 3 months. So i am sorry that someone would come onto a question and answer sight, and ask a question you didn't want to answer. If you don't like them stay out of this area of the forum or better yet just don't read those questions. You can't make them stop asking, so do what you can do by not looking.

I think, unfortunatly, $10 is a lot for some people. And when you didn't miss your period yet, $10 is a waste of money because the test isn't accurate before then. I thought I was pregnant about 5 days after conception, but I couldn't accurately test for 2 weeks. It drove me nuts!

LOL...I am SOOO glad someone asked it! I see so many questions like, "I had sex on this day, then on this day and am late" or "I ovulated this day, and had sex on this day" or "am 2 weeks late" or the best of the best is " I have these symptoms, could I be..." like we should know all of these things.

Please read this...if you think you are then......TAKE A TEST! Every body is different not one person is the same....take the freakin test!

I can see if a pre teen asks a question but everyone else knows what to do!

You can buy one at the dollar tree for a buck too. In answer to your question, yes that should be the answer, but after the thousandth person asks the question, you want to slap em, and the responses tend to show that.

If one is so hard up for cash that they can't spend $10, there is always planned parenthood...
