It's like any other time you move. Your personal items are stored, they show you your fabulous new house, then you get to move all your personal items in. Since they give you new appliances and furniture, they probably donate anything worthwhile that the family doesn't want/need anymore to charity.

Ive thought of that also. I am sure that they discuss that with the family before the show and that the family takes what they want to keep. Their not going to bulldoze your home with your ancestors pictures in it.

sometimes they buy them all new clothes...but im pretty sure they put it in boxes or something so that you can have it all
