First you need to run a wash cloth under hot water. Put the wash cloth on the zit, hold it there for 2 minutes. Then yes pop it. Squeeze all the nasty stuff out. then do the hot wash cloth again for 2 minutes. It will bleed. after the bleeding stops then place an ice cube on the area to close the pores.

Mike this could be a little rash that develops due to shaving , after shave lotion , allergy to something that you are using or justa skin problem. Use Aloe Vera and I recommend FOREVER LIVING PRODUCTs ( FLP) Aloe it is the purest on the market and will heal the problem and keep it under control .

use nitrogen to freeze it off. or ignore it u self centered fool. looks aren't everything. plus u said it was small

well....if you pop it, its gonna leave a mark....most of the time so use some type of medicine

my brother uses this stuff called Zit Zapper...and I guess it works...it kinda stings tho...and you have to get the zit open...but it works..really quick.
