Not so much a question, like other peoples opinion. Instead of locking young people up for twoc, graffiti, vandalism and the like when someone damages someone elses property I think the police should go to their home & not confiscate but SMASH THE FCUK out of something that means something to them like their games console, tv, stereo etc ...What do you think?

No, i think that instead of doing that, they need to be taken out and put to work in the hot sun, they need to be taught the value of good work, and ethic. They need to learn to respect what they have and what they will earn.

if some one damages others properties,then they should be charged and have there properties { vides,dvd players tv etc} taken of them and given to a registered charity.

Revenge, however it is dressed up, does not work. We need to change the way these thugs think instead of making them think that revenge / retaliation is ok.

No...not smash them....let the victim walk into their home and take an equal amount of their stuff...no matter what it is.
