i do. It scares me too; confront her let her know how you feel and if shes your best friend she'll ask a doctor for help

be there for her tell her you are willing to help give her meterals on the subject and pray for her let her know how scared you are for her her health anything that comes to mind if she doesn't want the help it may be really hard and you may have to disscuss it with a pro
