I started seeing this guy who just got out of prison after being in there for 2 years (DUI, nonviolent). He is a realy sweet gentleman, says nice things, treats me to nights out, tells me how pretty I am. On top of that he is GORGEOUS and the sexx is AMAZING. However, he acts really strange sometimes, like the other night we were all out at a festival, I guess he got pretty drunk and instead of telling me, he left and called a cab home. he called me like 45 minutes later, apologizing cause he was so drunk. my friends think he may be on drugs, I dont think so. I think he just doesnt know his tolerance level cause he just got out like 3 weeks ago. We talked about it, and he said how he wants to have a relationship with me and get to know me. he is very easy to talk to, I have a great time with him, and he could be "the man of my dreams"/ I just dont know waht i want, and it scares me cause I dont want to be his first "lay" either. what do you people think?

You need to be very careful. You may not know all the info about why he was really incarcerated.

Assuming he is just a really nice guy who got a bum rap and made a bad mistake once, it still seems like he makes bad decisions when he drinks.

My advice is to take it slow. VERY slow. Be a friend to him, and get to know him. You have only known him 3 weeks. If he gets weird, get out, though. There may be issues with drugs and alcohol, and that can get you really hurt.

Best of luck to you...

You had sexual relationship with him within three weeks of him leaving prison and you don't want to be his first? I'm not sure what alcoholic drink or drug would cause a person to abandon the person they are out with and go home. I'm also not sure why him being gorgeous or amazing in bed exempts him from basic social etiquette. By the way, almost every former prisoner says they were in prison for non-violent crimes. Are you absolutely sure that was the reason? Are you absolutely sure he is not married or in a long-term relationship? It probably would be in your best interest to find out these things. Good luck.

You say he got drunk? And was in prison for it, DUI? There could be correlation there. Perhaps he got scared about something...was he driving you guys home? Prison can F* with your mind, if hes cool with it try talking to him about it. As far as is there something really wrong with him? No it doesn't sound like it, but it does seem like there is an underlined situation. Weather it be serious or not you'll have to talk to him to find out.

Wait a minute, your telling me that you've been having sex with this guy that just got out of prision, and you don't even have a relationship with him yet. Dang, girl, talk about easy 'come' easy go. How about we try being friends, find out what this guy is really like, who his family is, who his parents are, some of that sort of stuff, before we go jumping in the sack.

Time to get rid of him, if he drinks....after being in Prison for a DUI one would think that he would not be drinking..only going to lead to problems for you. I wouldnt take advice from us morons on Yahoo though...make up your own mind....

Tread lightly. it's three weeks. Slow it down, evaluate and have fun! He may or may not be the one.

I would be very careful. It doesn't sound like he is over his drinking problem.

I think that obviously he has an alcohol problem and can't admit it. If he can't help himself then you can't help him either.
