You talk to them and let them know what you want and need. If they can't respect that or realize that spending time with you is important then they probably don't deserve to spend any time with you.

Not possible, especially if that person is a guy. They just don't get the value of spending time together.

If they don't want to spend time with you, then they don't love you back. So don't waste your time on them. If they love you, they would not be able to stay away from you. They would call you everyday and try to see you everyday.

If you truly loved them, you would gift them with the freedom to do what they wanted to.
Don't base your happiness on what another does, for that's a sure prescription for much unhappiness in your life.
Do what YOU want to do.
Love what you do. Do what you love.
