Well, yes and no. YOur husband is probably telling you that you don't need it, that you are beautiful just the way you are, etc. A man will never feel right saying, "oh yes, honey you should get surgery" this is a death trap. On the other hand if you want to get this surgery for you, then tell him that. let him know that this is something you want for YOU, he will understand and not fight it. Hope this helps.

That all depends on your relationship. Realize that if you wish to play the "I can do whatever I want with my body card" he can too. As a hypothetical suppose he wanted to get a tattoo or piercing you did not like how would you feel if he made a unilateral deciaion. Now imagine instead of a piercing or tattoo it is a visectomy.
The best thing you too can do is talk about why you think you need plastic surgery and why he thinks you do not. Is this a symptom of some other problem in your relationship or is there an issue with your self image that can be addressed with less drastic measures. Considering people rarley leave there comfort zones I am curious what is motivating you to seek plastic surgery?

Don't do that, your husband loves you the way you are, if he didn't he would not have married you. I get pissed off when a perfectly beautiful woman want to change the way she looks, be for real honey, the only thing you need to change is your mind about plastic surgery. I'm sure you are a beautiful woman and everything needs to stay as it is.

If my husband did not want me to get plastic surgery I wouldn't. Who are you doing it for? Him, Yourself, other guys? Plastic surgery should be for extremely disfigured people. Don't be so shallow and superficial.

Well depends on what it might do to your relationship. If you want to do it because you think you may feel better about yourself then explain to your hubby that it would mean a lot to you and that he should try and understand where you are coming from.

Not really, shows you that he loves you for what you are. Why do more harm to yourself. If he can love your body, so should you. Dont bother with the risk.
