1. Old enough
2. Married or are with a significant other because babies are hard work
3. When you have enough money because babies can be expensive
4. When you are ovulating which is about half way through your menstral cycle

Ok, the word is pregnant not pregunent, having said that, you have to measure your cycle and see when you are more likely to ovulate, which is usually in the middle of your cycle if you have a regular period if not you will have to get an ovulation test to see when you ovulate, when you ovulate is when you are at your most fertile time of the month.

9 to 16 days after the first day of your last period is when most woman are ovulating. But you can become pregnant at any time, just mostly at that time.
