This is what I did and I got pregnant the first month. Take your temperature every morning before you get out of bed. When you notice a spike AND it is between 10-16 days after your period, it is a good time. And I heard to NOT do it every day. Every other day is best according do all the tons of books I bought.

about 12 days after ur period.. you are most fertile the following 3 days

i am pretty sure there are ovulating kits out there, right near the pregnancy tests.....ask your doc too they probably have some they will give you i do know that your temp increases slightly during ovulation so some women test they temp daily to see a pattern.

I believe that it is 14 days after your period ends, when you ovulate... if you are wanting to get pregant you can "check your temp" thou don't know how that works (lol)
