Not really....
You KNOW when you cheat. Doesn't matter if you get caught, or not. You kinda know what you're doing is "wrong."
And everybody lies, yes.....some more than others......but wether you get caught on that lie, or not, you KNOW that it was a lie.

welll that all depends on what you are lying and cheating about and with, if you are married and cheating with another married person yes, if you are married and cheating with a single person ,no because somehow it will come back and bite you on the a.ss single people tend to show up on your doorstep or have friends of their tell friends of his or conviently be where you two are having dinner tonight, and give out std's when they are scorned, if it is at school or work you screw yourself unless the person who helped you cheat will always be around because your learning is built on a foundation that you build upon and develop a mastery of skills this way, you will drown in information overload and be overwhelmed because you are trying to remember what you would have known had your lazy *** learned it rather than cheat, when you lie and cheat you cheat yourself, lies lead to more lies and are too time consuming to remember and drama follows along with your lack of credibility it is better to be a brutally honest ****** with some integrity so people can trust you, you will not be liked by everyone either way ,that's life, and we dont need to be everyones friend, being a friend to yourself first, and being honest with yourself and owning your actions are a good way to take care of a friend

Both cheating and lying may involve negative aspects as well as positive.
So, while it is cheating and lying to affirmatively cheat and lie, it is equally so when one deceives another about the existence of either a chear or a lie by leaving another person under a false impression, even without any affirmative statement.

I think it depends on whether someone stands to get hurt from your cheating or lying. If you're talking about cheating on or lying to a significant other, I believe it's always wrong - you're violating someone's trust.

Ummm, NO! It is cheating/lying if you DO it and it is wrong.
Do you do something then say you didn't? Are you sneaking around? You are doing something wrong even if you don't get caught.
So stop it!!! You WILL get caught sooner or later.

Yes, I believe so. I mean, even if no one is looking, one would know in the back of their mind that they are cheating/lying. but, like my old drill Sgt used to say "If you ain't cheating, you ain't trying"
