You should not expect your parents to pay you for helping around the house. That is something you should be doing anyway.

Jobs you can do for neighbors: Mowing lawns, walking pets, washing cars, and babysitting (if you are a responsible kid).

You may find it difficult to get a job because most jobs require you have skills. It does not hurt to ask. Try jobs that do not require a college education, such as fast food, grocery stores, shops, landscaping, etc.

One way to build your skills is through volunteering. You will not get paid but you will learn valuable skills that will help you get a job someday. Maybe your parents will agree to compensate you for volunteering. They can consider it a donation to a good cause.

A great site is http://www.volunteermatch.org/

If you are adventurous, you can try running your own internet business by buying things at garage sales and selling them online at http://www.ebay.com . Research what things are selling for on ebay before purchasing. (Also, avoid buying stuff on ebay or you will spend more than you make.) I suggest you specialize in a few items: specific toys, books, etc. You are going to become an expect so pick a category that you really enjoy. (When you see a bargain you will know it!) Be certain to check the website daily to make certain your customers are happy. To make a profit you will need to calculate the costs: ebay fees, paypal fees, packaging materials, and postage.

Good luck!

See about babysitting, yard work, dog walking, little neighborhood stuff. Painting, cleaning houses, there are lots of things you can do to make money without a real job. Good luck!!

Start you own business doing lawn care or odd jobs around the neighborhood or house. Try to see if there are any jobs reffing youth sports. I got my first job reffing soccer at the age of 12.

Call people you know and see if they have any odd jobs you can do. Offer yard help lots of people could use a little help with small things like that and don't want to pay a proffessional for odd jobs. See if you parents can help with some of their friends.

12 is appropriately previous for a paper round contained in the U.ok. yet in case you dont pick that you'll bypass round peoples homes and ask in the journey that they could like both there backyard mowed or motor vehicle washed and value £5 commonly you receives better if an effective interest is done. in case you do alot it is £50 in a million day.

YOu can do babysitting or lawn mowing. Check with city hall, too. They usually have postings for jobs for kids/teens. Good luck! :)
