I am buying many electronics these days, and I found circuitcity.com has good sales now, so I purchased many products from there.

Then now I find Amazon.com has really low price than others.
They are new and same product.

How can Amazon.com be so cheap? Anyone know?
Thanks.

It's all down to overheads. Other companies that have a physical store still need to distribution centers just like Amazon.com but they also need stores for the public. These stores cost a fortune to run because of the employees and the physical cost of land and property. All Amazon needs is a robust web site and a team to keep it reliable. That's way cheaper than physical stores, and they can pass some of these savings on to the consumer.

because they sell so many products, they can afford to sell them with very little profit margin and still make plenty profit at the end of the day.
