emmm... it can look good if you put it on correctly.
so put eyeliner on your bottom lid like normal, then put some white liner lightly under that. But you want to start from the inner corners of your eyes and then get lighter as you get closer to the ends of your eyes.
this way, your eyes look bigger and clearer (more sparkle).

White eyeliner is only good for an effect of enlarging the eyes by applying a thin line in the inside corner of your eyes. Draw as close to the lashline as possible on the upper and lower lids and only a fourth of the length of your eye.
Using white eyeliner for the entire eye is very popular in Shibuya, Tokyo, where the girls look like they're dressed for Halloween year-round...

Only hot on darker skin. Skin like your avatar would look great in white eyeliner. I wore it in like 7th grade. Ewwwie.

It's actually sexy. True not an everyday use but I usually will wear it 2 or 3 times a week depending on the mood I am. I don't wear a lot of makeup but I make it work on my face. It does give you the look of bigger eyes.

It depends. If your a darker skin tone it looks great, but me I prefer black eyeliner. White eyeliner thou does make your eyes look smaller, so if you think your eyes are "too big" then it's great.

Hott.. its really "in" right now!!! but u should only use if u have small eyes beacause white eyeliner makes the eyes look bigger..

Hot. Everybody at my school is wearing it, use the pancil and don't put a lot on. White eye shaddow is even more in.

I use a whiteish eye shadow instead, but what the white shadows/liners do is make your eyes look more awake. I always use it when I know I didn't get enough sleep & I don't want my eyes to look tierd
