When I try to transfer pics to my laptop's picture studio from my digital camera it works fine.....but when I try to upload to MySpace...it says it is to large. How can I fix this??

Depending on how many megapixels (MP) your camera is (and what it is configured to save files at) will make a difference in your file size. My 3.1MP camera saves files that average between 1MB and 1.4MB. A 5MP camera will save files that are quite a bit larger.
If you are using Windows XP, Microsoft has a free powertoy download that makes picture resizing very easy. (See the link posted below in my "source" section.) Look on the right-hand side of the page for "Image Resizer".
After installing this, you can now right-click on any .jpg (you can do one or a whole group of images at a time) and select the option "Resize Pictures". You can select any of the following sizes: 240x320, 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, or use a custom size. By default, it will create a new (resized) copy of the original and leave your original untouched.

Upen the picture in your photo editing software and either save the picture for web or save as and reduce the quality. Make the quality like 30%, you wont even notice it. Good luck!

File -> Open -> Select your picture file
Image -> Resize/Resample
Some standard dimensions: 1024 x 768
(checked) Preserve aspect ratio
(checked) Resample (better quality)
to resize the pictures to 1024x768

because the size of the photo is too big. like on mine at first it was 5.5 MB but i changed it to 1.3 MB and it wasnt that big to put on myspace..

well try saving them to your computer first than download on myspace.

you just have to change the size duh! i have myspace but i have never had that problem! alot of my friends have but not me! =]
