Did Chris Daughtry write the new son ''home'' for his new album? Why is he making a new band?

I heard that he is expecting an album out at the end of 2006 and he is writing most of the songs. Is HOME one of them?

I don't really care abouot what Chris does with his career, but he had an offer to join the band Fuel, but he may be going solo. Who knows?
