I work part time at a cafe near where i live. However, i can't seem to do anything right. The other staff are always moaning at me that im doing things to slowly, even though they give me too many things to do in a short amount of time. They can also be really bitchy about everyone. Its only casual work, as and when they need me but i hate it so much, ive been making of excuses not to go. I don't really need the money, and am at school full time but it gives me something to do in the holidays. Also, i need this experience to apply for other jobs in the future. I am looking for another job, but there are none where i live. What should i do? Please help!

Find a job where you can do the work! Look for a job in the next closest area to you. You will have better luck in a major city.

Try to hang in there until you can find something else. Tell the people that they are making your life hell. Maybe they will back off...or fire you :)
