I have had two children and got lots of deep stretchmarks on my stomach. I can't afford surgery to remove them. Does anyone know of something that really works? I don't want to have to hide my stomach for the rest of my life.

Cocoa butter helps reduce them if applied while they are still pink and new. If you have had them for a few years chances are it won't be as effective.

There is a relatively new product that I heard about because the people in the clinical trials purposely applied it to their faces (not just their stretchmarks) and it ended up reducing their facial wrinkles too, StriVectin-SD Intensive Repair. It is expensive, $135 for a 6 ounce tube. So in the long run, maybe getting a consultation with a plastic surgeon is the best move because then you have a one time large cost vs, a life time of expensive pseudo fixes.

U should really like do a lot of exercise and use cocoa butter to rub on the stretch marks everyday. They will soon fade away a little.

No. only surgery works. i work in a cosmetics store and even according to the brands themselves, there is nothing that will actually get rid of stretch marks. But strivectin is probably the best of those that claim to.

I don't think there is an actual way to get rid of them but you can minimize them with cocoa butter or buying palmer cream for stretch marks works pretty good.

no way except surgery...
though they will fade with time, and if you tone back up they can get to be just little white lines instead of the scary things they are now.

Is it that bad? I had three kids...I embrace my marks as a memory of my pregnancy...like a medal of honor. I also have belly ring in...your a mom...be proud of yourself and body!
or if not....

I think microdermabrasion can help that at a spa!
