Well, the only way you could meet Miley Cyrus (Right now) is to go to the Typhoon Lagoon in Disney World Florida. She has no e-mail, or anything. She does not have the time. So, if you see any posers of her, tell them that Miley has no usernames. It also says it on her official website.
