I am thinking about a Mercedes Suv or Range Rover. I like those convertible Bmw's but everybody seems to have one. I saw this cute convertible Mercedes but I am learning towards the Suv.

Your first car should be a junker, because you WILL wreck it. That's what first cars are for, to beat the crap out of, to neglect, to destroy. It would be tragic if that beater was a new car.

Not an SUV... Where do you live that you think you need an SUV? I think the wise choice is something fuel efficient with flex-fuel alternatives. Cost does not seem to be a factor for you so think environmentally friendly and user friendly... Both low emissions and low maintenance...

well a good advise, get a old car and drive some months everyday with it.
the most accidence ocure in the first year and if you buy a good car you wouldnt be happy if you have a crash

let's see now do you really put in danger that much money?....well go ahead...buy a BMW...but if you're from the same planet with me ...buy something cheap and not too powerful...the new civic for example.....with gas or hybrid engine.....then in 3-4 years when you got a little experience buy a bad *** car

If you are leaning towards a SUV then I would suggest maybe the Lexus hybrid. saves on gas and good for the environment.

the convertible sounds nice but then u might want to stand oout
