i waxed my arms recently & these pimples came up on my shoulders. i managed to bring down the bumps but the marks wont go what can help me?

at night use cocoa butter be sure to wash it off during the day, because the sun will make the marks darker, during the day use a fading cream

Use bunches of lotion, and don't pick or rub on it
