I don't think animal control charges you, atleast I don't think they do. Call your local fire department office and explain the situation. If they get cats out of trees maybe they can get the snake out for you.

First if I could I would send some money I'm only ten but I would
like to help somehow with the money.Besides the point is how to
get the snack out of the garage. So I would open the garage door
and see what it dose if it goes towards the door I would leave it
open for awhile if it goes back shut it but leave open just a little
bit and find something it to eat and put it outside the door.

Take a long stick and try to get the snake to wrap around it. Then pull the stick out of the garage and either put the snake in a box where you can release it somewhere or set it free in your yard.

If it's yellow-ish green with black stripes down it, then it's probably a yellow rat snake. They aren't poisonous, but if you mess with them they can get pretty aggressive.
Animal control should be free.
If you don't want to call, then a long-handled broom or rake is your best bet. Or turn the hose on him and blast him out of the garage from a distance.

From my experience Animal Control will not do anything unless you have caught the animal in a live trap first.
There is a product called "SerpentGuard" that is supposed to work within a week & effective for up to sixty days. It sells starting at $29.95 & is 100% guaranteed.
You may want to try that. If you are not willing to wait for a mail-order, deter them with mothballs or ammonia-soaked rags.
Otherwise you may want to buy a mongoose.

Do you have any neighbors that help animals? If so, get them. Animal Control is free in most areas, see if yours is one of them. Or just leave an open path for the snake to get out, which it will eventually.

do research on the species and see what kind of snake and if it is poisonous if is not then try and get a large stick or broom or something of that sort and get it out but if it is poisonous then the best thing to do is let it leave on it's own or call somebody else to get it such as a neighbor or family member who knows how to handle these things

So who lost a snake? It is probably and albino constrictor of some kind, tho i dont recomend touching it. Call animal control, or the police, or your local pet store to come and get it. If you dont want it ill take it. I am in Illinois.
